Hosts are required to maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting & Seating To greet new customers as they arrive and then accompany them to their seats, leaving them with menus, napkins, and cutlery. The hostess is also to thank customers as they leave.
