We work with some great people.
Grimm’s Fine Foods
Founded in 1951, by brothers, Henry and Jacob Grimm, the company began as a small butcher shop on East Georgia St. in Vancouver, BC and has maintained their commitment to quality for over 70 years. Their combination of premium ingredients, traditional values, and desire to meet the ever-changing needs and tastes of consumers has guided their continuous growth. Today they offer a wide variety of deli products that can be found at retailers across Canada.
Egg Quality Assurance (EQA)
EQA eggs are a top-quality Canadian product, certified to have been produced in accordance with national food safety and animal welfare standards. Spanning the entire Canadian egg industry—from dedicated farmers to graders, processors, and retailers—the EQA program ensures Canadians always get fresh, local, high-quality eggs produced by Canadian farmers.
COBS Bread
Established in 1980, COBS Bread has since expanded from a multi-generational family business to over 700 bakeries around the world, including 145 across Canada. Using carefully sourced ingredients, no added preservatives, and baking their bread daily from scratch ensures the ultimate in quality and freshness. At the end of each day, they pay it forward by donating leftover baked goods to local charities.
Hertel’s Meats
Hertel’s Meats began in 1967 as a small family operation providing processing services to local farmers and hunters in Port Alberni, BC. From there, they quickly expanded and, in the 1980s, after noticing a need in the market, developed a line of fresh sausages processed without gluten, milk, or artificial preservatives, as well as their naturally smoked bacon cured without sodium nitrite, nitrate, or other chemical preservatives.
Rad Jamz
With a focus on healthier, sustainable options made with real fruit, Rad Jamz produces a variety of jams, jellies, pickles and preserves in West Kelowna, BC. They work with local farmers to source imperfect fruit that would otherwise go to waste. The owner and operator, Kyla King—a Michelin-star chef—grew up canning and preserving with her family and wants people to enjoy jam again, believing that homemade always tastes better. (Kelowna only)
